I'm Hady Mahmoud. I help organizations move AI from pilots into production and daily work.
I've built software for 20 years and led engineering teams for most of them, in fintech, crypto, media and the public sector.
At Staking Rewards I was Head of Engineering. I rebuilt the engineering team, cut infrastructure costs by 30% and shipped the Staking data API that Coinbase, Bloomberg, Binance and Kraken used. I also designed Pipescript, a proprietary programming language that let our data analysts write integrations without an engineer. Reducing our data integration time from 12 weeks on average to between 4 and 20 days, and more than 300,000 lines of it runs in production to date.
My recent work is AI agents and the systems around them: orchestration, MCP integrations, retrieval pipelines, and the tooling that keeps them working in production. I also build Orven, a workspace that puts your editor, agents, debugger and the rest of your tools in one place.
Earlier in my career I founded Tabshora, a venture-backed company that grew to 15 people and shipped four products. I've mentored more than 200 engineers, coached founders for USAID's Global Entrepreneurship Program and TIEC in Egypt, and tutored at the German University in Cairo.
